THE NEW MOBILITY PLAN

The GIP – Grand Prix de France has therefore concentrated its energy and resources to implement as many developments and solutions as
possible in order to facilitate traffic flow.

The 2019 mobility plan focuses on four major points :

  1. Match the number of vehicles going to the circuit with the road capacity
  2. Completely overhaul the organization and management of parking areas
  3.  Use new roads and modify road improvements to improve our road capacity
  4.  Advise and inform the public before, during and after the event

HOW TO GET THERE BY CAR?

This year a park-and-ride system has been set up allowing you to park your car near the circuit and commute by shuttles to the event.

Free parking spaces are provided around the circuit

Please follow the instructions on your VIP Parking Pass to reach the VIP car park inside the circuit.

To reach the Pinède car park, please follow the instructions on the map on your pinède Parking Pass.

Thanks to the collaboration with Waze, you will have real-time information on the route to follow according to your access point.

Opening hours of parking areas:

Thursday: 12:00 – 20:00

Friday: 06:00 – 22:30

Saturday: 06:00 – 22:30

Sunday: 06:00 – 23:00

HOW TO GET THERE BY MOTORCYLE?

Riding a motorbike or motor scooter is an easy way to get the circuit.

Park for free on a dedicated and asphalted parking area at the door of the circuit, and enjoy our free helmets deposit if you choose to leave your helmet.

COMING BY CAR? FREE PARK-AND-RIDE IS FOR YOU!

In order to enjoy the best experience during your visit to the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI GRAND PRIX DE FRANCE 2019, you can book your seats in the free shuttles from the park-and-ride of La Ciotat (Highway, A50 exit 9) and thus access the Paul Ricard circuit in only 40 minutes.

Shuttles every 5 minutes, from 7am to 2pm for the outward journey and from 4pm to 30 minutes before the end of the tour in the evening for the return journey.

COMING BY TRAIN OR PLANE

There is an easy access to the circuit from the main stations and airports of the Region Sud.

If you are coming by train, the best way to get the circuit is to book a seat in one of the shuttles leaving from the stations.

If you are coming by plane, you can easily take a taxi to the city center and hop on the shuttle.

These paid shuttles and only on reservation will take you to the circuit via a dedicated lane. They will take you to the circuit along a priority axis and drop you off directly at the circuit’s bus station, south of the “Le Beausset” area. The return journeys will be made from the same bus station at 8pm.

To ensure that the shuttles leave on time, please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

Taxis reserved with our partner France Taxi will take a priority road and drop you off at the entrance to the circuit.

When leaving the circuit, a taxi stand is located at the south of the circuit, at the virage du pont roundabout.
